Due to all orders being custom made we do not offer returns, unless:

• The product/s do not match your order

• The product/s are faulty

If the products you've ordered do not match the order you've placed please  contact us  ASAP.  When you contact us please send your order or invoice number, full name, contact details and a description of the issue with the order.  We will arrange for the items to be collected by a courier for us to inspect.

If the issue relates to a misprint or fault on the garment, please send us photos to show the issue.

We cannot take any action until we have inspected the issue and confirmed whether the return is valid or not.

If the return relates to a production issue by Toxico Printing then we may offer a re-print of your order to rectify the issue.  Due to all products being custom made and as the order has already been produced; Toxico Ltd retain the right to solely offer a reprint when seeking to rectify any order issue.

We will offer a refund if an order is cancelled prior to any production already being started.  If you do need to cancel an order you must call us on +44 (0) 208 803 3461 ASAP.  Due to our quick turnaround targets, your order may have already gone into production.  We will not be able to offer a refund in this situation.

You must contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.  Once this time has passed we will assume your goods have been checked and approved.

Unless previously agreed, all invoices are to be paid immediately in full.

Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or PayPal.


Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Toxico Printing or any agent acting on behalf of Toxico Printing.



When you place an order with Toxico Printing, it is deemed you are the owner or have permission to use the artwork supplied.  You the customer accept accept sole responsibility for copyright and reproduction of images.

Our average turnaround time is up to 10 working days.  We often produce much faster, but sometimes it will be longer.  We will advise you on an estimated arrival time once your order is confirmed.
